Regular Ongoing Compliance Monitoring Service

This service provides proactive monitoring of a client's business activity together with guidance on FSA rules and procedures which are then applied to the client's business.

Before providing a regular ongoing compliance monitoring service, we always carry out a detailed FSA style health-check in order to identify any breaches of the rules. We also assess the standard of compliance following the detailed FSA style health-check.

If necessary we also provide a remedial service following the health-check in order to raise the client's level of compliance to a standard expected from the FSA.

Thereafter, we will visit the client on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly or otherwise) to ensure that the firm continues to adhere to current FSA rules and regulations.

The monthly newsletter is sent each month containing valuable news and information.
