Two recent examples include

• Acting on behalf of a client in its dealings with the FSA, overseas law firms, overseas accountants and overseas regulators. Architecting and project managing solutions to a number of identified issues. Relevant structures and procedures were finalised that allowed the firm to trade legitimately in both the UK and in a number of European countries.
  
• Undertaking a compliance research project to establish whether a specific European market was viable including the processes and procedures necessary to enter that market ensuring that all regulatory processes were adhered to.
