Allen Swaine

Allen Swaine is a chartered accountant who commenced his financial services career at Newton Investment in 1987. In 1988, Allen recognised the significant impact that financial services regulation would have within the industry. He formed Swaines to provide a highly bespoke and pro-active compliance service to the retail financial services sector. The professional style and substance of the services enabled Swaines to become a highly successful and reputable compliance firm in the UK.
