Who Are We? 

Swaines is a Financial Services Authority ('FSA') dedicated compliance services consultancy that was founded in 1988.

We are one of the very few financial services compliance practitioners to carry out the role of a Skilled Person and we enjoy a long cordial association with the FSA.

Our core competency is FSA compliance services for providers and retail intermediaries. We concentrate solely on FSA compliance issues including corporate governance.

We only employ highly experienced, competent and academically qualified compliance practitioners. Additionally, we have a select panel of experienced, competent and qualified compliance business partners.
